Trajan Hill Soft Flooring Package

Scope of Works

Falcon delivered the full soft flooring package at Trajan Hill, including mechanical grinding, liquid DPM application, and latex smoothing to receive resilient finishes. Installations included Polysafe Wood FX in kitchens and wet areas, CFS Cushion Floor in halls and lounges, plus thresholds, trims, welded joins, and perimeter finishing to tenant-ready standards. Delivery was phased around staggered plot access and active trade interfaces.

Technical Challenges & Solutions

• - Early furniture installations obstructed released plots, requiring rapid deployment of additional installation resource to recover programme continuity.
• - Access restrictions from concurrent trades required daily sequencing controls and coordinated release planning with site management.
• - Mixed-product transitions across domestic spaces required precision finishing to maintain flush interfaces and consistent quality standards.

The Results

The package was delivered to a high standard across all released plots with zero defects reported at handover. Falcon maintained momentum under variable site access, achieved compliant slip-resistant installations, and delivered clean, consistent finishes across the development.
