Scope of Works

Falcon completed uplift and disposal of direct-stick carpet finishes across five bedrooms, including bully strip removal after room clearance, and installed replacement edge foam-back carpet systems to the same areas. Waste was controlled by Falcon operatives with recyclable offcuts segregated and returned for processing where possible.

Technical Challenges & Solutions

• - Guest departures and room release timing created reactive access constraints that required live resequencing.
• - Survey and mobilisation were delayed pending purchase order release, compressing the delivery window.
• - Works had to be executed in a live hotel environment with zero disruption and clean handover standards.

The Results

The package was delivered in one day, with installation works completed in approximately 90 minutes on site, and handed over defect-free with full quality documentation. Falcon maintained pace and quality under constrained access and achieved a smooth operational delivery.
